Here’s a couple recent photos of my kids in the backyard…
Wow, I haven’t posted here in months. Sorry for the silence, I was hibernating for the winter. Thank goodness spring has FINALLY arrived! That was one of the worst winters I can remember. My kid missed 15 days of school because of snow! 15 DAYS!!!! Ugh.
But over the winter, I had some great news! One of my images was chosen for an exhibition at the PhotoWorks Gallery in Glen Echo park. The theme of the show was “Love is in the Air”. The show was up for a little over a month, and it was a lot of fun to go to the opening with my family and some friends!
And one of my images from Turkey was chosen for the online annex of the “Art of Travel Photography” show at the PhotoPlace Gallery in Middlebury, VT!
I also wrote an article for the Clickin Moms blog called 7 Things to Know About Press Printed Products! It’s geared towards photographers who use big photo labs for their printing, but has helpful hints for anyone who is printing holiday cards, business cards, birth announcements, etc.
I will try to post more often in the next few months! Enjoy the beautiful spring weather!
Last month I met up with Meredith and Army to take some engagement photos at the US Capitol. It was a beautiful December day, and they brought their awesome dog along for some family shots. Here are some of my favorites…
It was freeeeezing the day of this shoot, but Caleb and his parents were good sports. We took some quick photos outside and then moved inside to warm up and take more pictures inside their house.
This was my third year photographing Grace and Cole. They are the sweetest, cutest kids! We took the photos at an awesome wooded park near their house, then ended with a few pics in their backyard.
